Sailfish Bay Lodge has discounted their rates by about 35% for the Summer Season (May 16-November 14, 2008). Though not the peak season, it is still an exciting time to be fishing in Guatemala. Last July, boats raised 19 sailfish and released 21 sailfish in 3 days. On July 14th, one boat raised 16 sailfish, releasing 8, and also released 12 dorado. Another boat raised 17 sails releasing 7! Not a bad day.
