The Kvichak River is home to the largest trout in the world. It also boasts the largest annual sockeye salmon runs on the planet as well as all other species of Pacific salmon. Most days, our best fishing option is a 10 min flight to the braids where small jet boats access fly fishing water. A fleet of 3 Beavers goes out with 4 anglers and is devoted to those anglers all day, with the option to fish more than one location per day. You may head back to the lodge whenever you want. Flight times are 5-30 min, with the furthest being 1 hr. We have over 30 unique destinations depending on the seaso
While a large part of our fishing is for trout, we’ll spend as much time as you wish going after char, grayling, and all 5 salmon species. We have boats on both the Nushigak and Alagnak rivers that provide for incredible King Salmon fishing and quite possibly the best chum fishing on the planet.
