Stonefly Lodge - Overview

Located in the heart of the Motueka River Valley, Stonefly Lodge combines stately beauty, a sustainable and eco-counscious outlook, and some of the finest trout fishing to be found anywhere in New Zealand.  This gorgeous, expansive four-bedroom lodge is perched high above the Motueka River, and provides guests access to all that the valley has to offer – world-famous local wineries, nearby Abel Tasman National Park, gorgeous scenic walking tracks, and of course, world-class brown trout sipping flies right in front of the lodge.  We are proud to add Stonefly Lodge and hosts John & Kate Kerr to our already impressive catalog of outstanding South Island destinations.
