One has only to meet Max and Philippa Davidson to understand why the traditional landowners of the Mt. Borradaile area have granted them honorary caretaker status. The Davidsons are committed to preserve the history and culture of this precious corner of Australia. Their reverence for and knowledge of the land, its people, and the flora and fauna is evident. Thousands of rock paintings introduce the viewer to the spiritual world of the aborigine.
Access to the safari camp is via an hour charter flight from Darwin or a 20-minute flight from Jabiru in Kakadu National Park. Guests are accommodated in a comfortable, well-appointed bush camp.
