High Lonesome Ranch - Fishing

Anglers can sight cast for large, strong trout on the miles of exclusive spring creeks located on the ranch property. Easy access to the ranch's water, which flows into peaceful lakes and ponds, affords the opportunity to fish without wading high waters. Customized fly fishing packages incorporate floating and wading excursions to the nearby Roaring Fork, Colorado, White and Crystal Rivers. The local trout species available include brook, brown, cuttbow, cutthroat and rainbow.

The day begins with a hot country breakfast, followed by a delicious streamside lunch, and ends with a gourmet dinner in the main lodge. Guests have their choice of accommodations in the Main House or the Pond House. 

Enjoy a combination fly fishing trip incorporating a few days at High Lonesome Ranch and then move over to the K-T Ranch, their sister operation on the White River in Meeker.
