Inconnu Lodge - Overview

Location: Canada - McEvoy Lake, S.E Yukon Territory

Season: June-September

Capacity: 8 guests

Located in the Yukon Territory and resting on the Continental Divide, Inconnu Lodge's location provides access to twelve major rivers and streams and seventeen incredible lakes, all within a thirty minute's flight by floatplane or helicopter. Imagine waking up in the morning, selecting a fishing or hiking spot on a map of the Yukon, and just minutes later, you are there with hundreds of square miles of wilderness all to yourself.

Inconnu Lodge operates a DeHavilland Beaver floatplane, known as the workhorse of the North for its power and reliability. The plane is based at the lodge full-time and is used for a variety of trips that are offered. Inconnu also operates its own Hughes 500 helicopter, also based from the resort, and utilized for heli-fishing, heli-hiking and drift fishing trips. On all of the area lakes, 14- to 16-foot boats are used for all fishing excursions, and jet boats make river travel a breeze. An unforgettable Inconnu Lodge day can be spent traveling down a breathtaking stretch of river connecting two larger lakes, each holding distinctively different angling possibilities.

Your hosts are Warren and Anita LaFave, owners and operators of Inconnu Lodge. Gracious hosts, they will do everything they can to make your Inconnu Lodge adventure perfect.
