Lake Baccarac Lodge, Sinaloa, Mexico - Overview

Location: Mexico - Sinaloa

Season: September through June. Although the lake offers excellent fishing on a year-round basis, we've discovered that the months outside the prime fishing window of September-June are often extremely hot or rainy.

Capacity: Lodge capacity of 32 anglers, double-occupancy accommodations, 2 anglers per boat with guide.

Want a shot at the next world record bass? Popular belief among serious bass anglers is that Lake Baccarac will produce the next record. This is the hottest bass lake in the world and a must fish for the serious angler.

Lake Baccarac was stocked in 1978 with Florida-strain largemouth bass. The lake is 25 miles long, five miles wide, and 30,000 acres at full pool. The lake record and also the Central American record were set in 1993 by Bruce Knutson with a 19.10 pound bass. This is Mexico bass fishing at its finest and the accommodations are second to none.
