Regardless of your destination, air travel is a vital component of any Frontiers journey. While the internet has made "do-it-yourself" airline ticketing relatively simple, in many ways air travel has never been a more complex process than it is today. Airline baggage policies, fee structures, routings, seat products, and frequent flyer program rules are constantly evolving, along with TSA security and destination entry requirements. Seat demand is at an all-time high while capacity is being reduced almost daily, and one missed connection can jeopardize your entire trip. Our team of expert air travel coordinators is at your disposal to assist with all aspects of your domestic or international airline arrangements to ensure an effortless travel experience from start to finish.
Over the years Frontiers has developed close relationships with some of the world's premier airlines, allowing us to provide our clients access to exclusive airfare discounts in all classes of service without compromising the quality of the air travel experience.

These services, along with ticketing of reservations for non-preferred carriers or routings, are provided for a fee. Please click below for complete details of Frontiers airline fee structure.

Secure Flight is a program developed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in response to a key 9/11 Commission recommendation. The mission of Secure Flight is to enhance the security of domestic and international commercial air travel through the use of improved watch list matching.
By collecting additional passenger data, they aim to improve the travel experience for all airline passengers, including those who have been incorrectly identified in the past. Airlines transmit this information to Secure Flight where it is used to perform watch list matching. This serves to prevent individuals on the no-fly list from boarding an aircraft and to identify individuals on the selectee list for enhanced screening. After checking passenger information against government watch lists, Secure Flight transmits the matching results back to airlines.
Secure Flight will conduct passenger watch list matching for all domestic and international passengers traveling on covered flights into, out of, within, or over the United States. Secure Flight will also apply to point-to-point international flights operated by U.S.-based airlines.
By assuming Watch List matching responsibilities from the airlines, TSA:
Decreases the chance for compromised watch list data by limiting its distribution Provides earlier identification of potential matches, allowing for expedited notification of law enforcement and threat management Provides a fair, equitable, and consistent matching process across all airlinesReduces instances of incorrectly identified individuals
Offers consistent application of an integrated redress process for incorrectly identified individuals through the Department of Homeland Security's Travel Redress Inquiry Program (DHS TRIP)
