Frontiers President
As son of the Frontiers founders, Mike was brought up in the outdoor travel business. He has handled a number of sporting programs for Frontiers through the years. Today as President, Mike works closely with the Senior Management Team and the department heads in the day-to-day running of the company. Mike loves to travel with his fly rods, shotguns and cameras. He is passionate about bonefish, permit, tarpon and conservation. He sits on the boards of Bonefish & Tarpon Trust and the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership.

Saltwater Department Manager
Joe came to Frontiers in 1999 after a 15-year stint with L.L.Bean. He has fished pretty much every notable saltwater destination around the world. Joe's perspective in the saltwater environs is vast, and his willingness to share his knowledge will prove invaluable in planning your next adventure. Joe also heads up our North American Big Game Hunting Department and is an avid bowhunter.

Mexico / Seychelles Program Manager
Bob started with Frontiers in 2009 and handles fishing in Mexico and the Seychelles as well as assists with the Christmas Island program. He also manages Frontiers’ partnered fly shop, 7Days Outdoors, and knows gear in and out. An avid fly fisher in both fresh and saltwater, he has traveled the world in pursuit of that next fish.

Central / South America Saltwater Program Manager
Line joined Frontiers in 1994 and has worked with Christmas Island, Mexico, and now the fishing programs of Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Venezuela. She enjoys casting to bonefish on Los Roques just as much as landing sailfish on a fly in Central America. Line has traveled to China, Italy, Spain, Scotland, England, France, Belize and, of course, her homeland of Canada.

Bahamas Program Manager
Joe came to Frontiers in 2005 after nearly two decades at L.L.Bean. He is a passionate fly fisherman and wing shooter. Joe has fished from Labrador to the Bahamas, Mexico to Alaska, Montana to Christmas Island and New Zealand to Russia. He manages Frontiers' Bahamas Department and welcomes the opportunity to talk tackle and help plan your next fishing getaway.

Belize Program Manager
Denise joined Frontiers in 1993. She used to be in retail management and can attest that her current career is much more exciting! Denise oversees the American West, Belize and Cabo Departments and has traveled extensively to these areas with fly rod in hand chasing trout, bonefish, permit, tarpon and marlin.

Christmas Island Program Manager
Sue has been with Frontiers since 2007, first working in the Elegant Journeys Department. She made the switch to sporting travel a few years ago and is now the program manager for Christmas Island. Sue has traveled extensively and was just at Christmas Island in April 2011 -- she enjoys sharing her first-hand knowledge about the fishery and island life on this remote Pacific coral atoll. |

American West, Belize and Cabo Program Administrator
Barbara joined Frontiers in 2006, after spending a number of years at American Airlines. She works with the fishing programs of the America West, Belize and Cabo. Barbara feels fortunate to be involved with both freshwater and saltwater destinations, and she enjoys the challenge of fishing for trout as well as permit.
