How To Get There
Guests must plan to be in Cancun, Mexico, no later than 2 p.m. on arrival day and should not schedule any flights earlier than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. After landing at the Cancun airport, you will be met by a Casa Blanca representative who will offer assistance and ensure that your bags are transferred to the adjacent General Aviation Lobby. The charter flight departs as needed. Because of scheduling and limited space on the charter plane, we request the opportunity to reserve and coordinate your entire flight schedule.
If you choose to make your own reservations, please plan to arrive in Cancun before 2:00 pm. Late afternoon arrivals require an overnight stay in Cancun. We would be happy to arrange your hotel reservation on your behalf. Make your departure flight on the last day no earlier than 2:00 pm.
