An American fly fishing couple, Terry and Wendy Gunn, have established Baja Anglers, a full-service fishing store/outfitter at the Cabo Marina catering to light-tackle conventional gear and fly fishing enthusiasts. Grant Hartman, originally from Montana, has now made Cabo his home, and is the head guide and oversees the entire operation for Baja Anglers.

Baja Anglers has three center-console 26-ft Glacier Bay catamarans that are designed for soft riding and safe, comfortable fishing. Knowledgeable skippers and crews will spot fish and put anglers in casting range. While Baja Anglers will certainly take their guests after marlin, the primary focus is on the many other exciting fish available where the Pacific waters meet the Sea of Cortez. Roosterfish, tuna, dorado, snapper, wahoo, jacks and sierra mackerel lead the cast of species.
