Pez Raton, Los Roques - Activities

Nonfishing activities at Los Roques include combing solitary beaches shared only with the odd crab or sea turtle, birding (you can get incredibly close to the nesting booby birds); snorkeling; windsurfing; scuba diving; kite-surfing; and a visit to the sea turtle research center. The island enjoys national park status, so development and tourism are strictly controlled.
