Perched majestically atop a knoll with a striking 360 degree view of the fertile Uruguayan countryside is Estancia San Juan, the newest edition to the David Denise Wingshooting venue. Managed by DD Wingshooting partners and long time shooting hosts Bernardo and Mercedes Barran, San Juan offers the convenience of shooting all game birds in Uruguay, ducks, doves, pigeons and perdiz, from just one destination and the assurance of a world class outfitter known for attention to detail and quality.

As the early morning fog lifts from the pastures and waterways, shooters will find themselves in short grass fields hunting perdiz over Bernardo's prized setters or perhaps in a dry barrel blind as duck and pigeons waffle into a decoy spread. Following the morning shoot, enjoy lunch as a traditional South American asado (barbeque) in the field or return to the estancia for a sit-down affair featuring grilled meats and fine wine.
