Unpack your bags once and fish the Cook Inlet, Gulf of Alaska, Kenai River, Kasilof River and even fly out for remote lake fishing. All five Pacific Salmon, rainbows, halibut, ling cod, and yellow eye are some of the species available in fresh or salt. The lodge sits on six acres on Crooked Creek, far from the crowded lodges of Soldotna / Kenai area. Multiple guest suites are well appointed with fine linens and all the comforts. Professionally prepared meals are the standard. Adventure options include Kenai Fjords tours: fly out bear viewing, sea kayaking, Tustumena cruise and many more!

Fishing

Enjoy both fresh/salt water fishing under one roof. Fish trout/salmon on the Kenai, ocean fishing for halibut/ salmon on the lodge’s boat, even Sept. steelhead. They’re 15 minutes from the Kenai and 2 miles from the Kasilof. Fly, spin fish, drift and power boats, fly out fishing, that’s variety!

Accommodation

This vast 9000 square foot handcrafted log lodge is stunning! All private rooms have en suite bath, spa robes, plush beds, luxury linens and blackout blinds. Private group and family rooms available. All fishing gear is included, but if you want to bring your own, we will provide an extensive list for packing purposes.

Trip Specifics

The lodge sits off the Sterling Highway 2 miles south of the Kasilof River and 15 miles south of Soldotna and the Kenai River. The lodge is about 8 minutes from the Cook Inlet and an hour north of Homer. Guests arrive in Anchorage and either rent a car to drive to the lodge (3 hours) or fly to Kenai and they will meet you at the airport (30 minute drive). Non fishing guests may enjoy sea kayaking, Kenai fjords cruise, horseback riding, guided or self-hiking, fly-out bear viewing via float plane or try a river drift with shore lunch. Custom itineraries may be created to suit your tastes.

Rates

$6,000 - 7 nights, 6 trips (4 river trips, 1 halibut trip, 1 fly out trip), Sun – Sun lodge dates. Includes use of rods/reels, boots, rain gear and whatever is needed for your day’s activity.

Alaska Fly Fishing Lodges

Alaska is truly one of the last frontiers for purely wild fish. Seasonal prolific runs fill the rivers with large volumes of salmon making their way to their spawning grounds and eager for the fly.
