Early Season at Argentina Waters (2022)

If you are a beat-the-crowd kind of fisherman and appreciate a small, family-run lodge then you should consider a trip to Argentina Waters this December.  This small four bedroom lodge is owned and operated by trained chefs Gonzalo and Laura Martinez who not only serve excellent cuisine but also make you feel right at home.  Gonzalo is also an experienced fly fishing guide. He and his team know the waters in Esquel very well having grown up there.

Located just outside of Los Alerces National Park, you have a plethora of water to fish ranging from spring creeks to productive rivers and lakes. This early-season fishing is sure to offer trout that have not seen flies since the close of last season. December is also known as typically a time of predictable insect hatches on the area waters.

Early season available dates include:

  • December 2nd to 10th (8 rods)
  • December 15th to 29th (6 rods)

There are a few other open dates throughout the season as well. For more information and to book Argentina Waters call Ben Hoffman or Hank Ingram.
