Farquhar Atoll Spring Tide – 10 rods open due to a hosted week cancelation – March 6-13, 2024 – New Moon on March 10, 2024
Perhaps most known for the opportunity to chase giant trevally and bumphead parrotfish, this most southerly Seychelles atoll offers predominantly wade fishing along vast flats and channels bordered by species-rich deep water. The list of species anglers can expect is impressive including bonefish, giant trevally – among other trevally species, triggerfish, bumphead parrotfish, milkfish, and Indo-Pacific permit.
Ten anglers can stay weekly in a comfortable solar-powered water-front lodge that consists of 6 chalet-style rooms facing the magnificent beautiful lagoon. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and offer two single beds or one double bed, en-suite bath boasting both an indoor and outdoor shower. The common building is the central gathering place for weary anglers to experience chef-prepared cuisine and – of course – no end-of-the-day fish story is complete without the fully stocked bar.
Angler’s packages include - six days of fully guided fly fishing (2 anglers per skiff and guide), loan fly rods and reels, all snacks and meals, domestic flights, room amenities, soft drinks while fishing, water, tea and coffee, snorkeling equipment, stand up paddle boards and kayaks and Wi-Fi. For the 2024 season rates begin at $14,200.00 per angler – based on double occupancy and shared guide – and other rate opportunities can be quoted by Frontiers upon request.
