Highland Hills Ranch is comprised of 3,000 acres of rolling hills, rim rock canyons, creek-fed bottoms, grasslands, planted fields, and open range. You won't find a more perfect place for hunting upland birds. Pointers, Labs and English Cocker Spaniels are highly trained for a variety of hunts.
This fine facility is 10,000 sq. feet of custom-built quality. Main lodge has 6 double occupancy bedrooms w/private bathroom, open bar, game room, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. 6 five-star double occupancy guest cabins each with private bath and porches overlooking the creek and hunting fields.
28, 20 and 12 gauge double barrel guns are suggested. The ranch has Orvis and Beretta guns for rent and shotgun shells on-site. Hunter orange hat and/or jacket are required. A full gear list will be sent upon confirmation. Frontiers can provide expert advice on finding the right gear for your trip.
Most guests fly to Portland OR and rent a vehicle for the two hour scenic drive to the ranch. The wingshooting packages include lodging (double occupancy, private baths), unlimited wingshooting for four species of birds (pheasant, chukar, valley quail and Huns), professional guides, trained pointing and flushing hunting dogs, fine cuisine, beer, spirits, transfers to and from hunting locations, ammo (12, 20 and 28 gauge only), sporting clays, licenses, and packaging of upland harvest. Does not include airfare, ground transportation, shipping of meat, cooler or guide/staff gratuities.
