The province of Córdoba is centrally located in Argentina and enjoys a mild climate that changes little throughout the year. Thousands of acres of grain crops coupled with suitable roosting conditions have produced a dove population that is sustained at 25 million birds. Shooters return from Córdoba saying, "You have to see it to believe it!"
Offering a true year-round season, dove shooting is an excellent extension to other shooting in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, or Uruguay. You can pair it with dorado fishing in the Ibera marsh or even trout fishing in Patagonia and Chile.
Doves blacken the skies in the region, and novice shooters will hone their skills to exhaustion. Veterans can target challenging scenarios with high birds going or coming in sheer numbers and shoot at the waves of doves undulating along the hills and tree lines.

Top-end Beretta, Benelli, and Browning semi-auto and O/U shotguns are available for hire. Guests may bring guns to Argentina; however Frontiers suggests using Lodge guns due to restrictions and logistics. Quality eye/ear protection, shooting gloves, and a shoulder pad are a must.
Córdoba City—second in size only to Buenos Aires—offers numerous international and domestic flights arriving/departing the nearby Córdoba International Airport. Frontiers' in-house airline staff can quote the best rate/route. You can charge shell bill and gratuities to a credit card for a small surcharge. Cards are processed in the USA and not abroad. Wi-Fi is readily available and cell phone service is available; check with your personal carrier. Add a few days of decoyed pigeons at Montaraz. Inquire about exclusive group and father/son incentives.
Nightly rate is $850 per hunter, non-hunters $450 per night, hunting licenses $75 per day, gun rental $125 per day/shooter, single person transfer to/from Córdoba Airport: $150 per direction/per person, shells $23.50/box (subject to change). Package does not include gratuities.
