  • Three Traditional Drives Per Day: Over 300 pheasants per drive. Totaling 2,700+ pheasants across nine exhilarating drives.

Set against a breathtaking backdrop of rolling terrain reminiscent of Scotland, this exclusive event was hand-selected by world-renowned shooting instructor Chris Batha as “the perfect place in North America” to host a traditional British-driven pheasant shoot.

A Typical Schedule

Day One – Arrival
Check-in begins at 3:30 pm. Guests are welcomed at 5:45 pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a dinner at 6:30 pm—an ideal time to connect with fellow participants.

Day Two, Three & Four – British-Style Driven Pheasant Shoot

  • Start the day with a drawing of pegs to assign shooting stations.
  • Dennis Macnab, the owner, serves as Shoot Captain.
  • Enjoy three drives per day, each with 300+ pheasants, totaling 900+ pheasants daily.
  • Traditional breaks include a “Bull Shot” after the first drive and a leisurely lodge lunch after the second drive. Each afternoon, following the 3rd drive, shooters will enjoy a bon fire and toasts with fine scotch, beer and wine in the field before returning to the lodge.

Day Four – Upland Bird Hunting
On this day, hunters will experience a walk-up shoot over expertly trained pointing dogs. With a challenging success rate of 1 in 3 pheasants during the driven shoots, an estimated 400+ pheasants remain in cover, providing incredible opportunities. The abundance of chukar, valley quail, and Hungarian partridge further elevates the experience.
