Sage Lodge offers guests a multitude of Montana fly fishing experiences, including guided excursions to the best fly fishing locations in Paradise Valley, as well as instruction to hone your skills on the water. Enjoy floating on the Yellowstone River or wade fishing the famous local spring creeks.
A Montana trip typically focuses on outdoor adventures; Sage Lodge is committed to the indoor experience too. Guests can enjoy staying in the Main Lodge with over 30 deluxe rooms, or for families or intact parties, one of the four Ranch Houses are ideal for your Montana vacation!
Frontiers will provide a list of what to pack. We recommend 4 - 5, or 6 wt. rods (depending on the streams and rivers you are fishing) with floating lines. You need to plan on bringing quality raingear, polarized sunglasses, waders and a hat for protection. You can rent gear from the outfitter.
Sage Lodge is approximately a one hour drive from Bozeman, which is accessed by several major airlines. Sage Lodge offers any length of stay. The Lodge’s “Barn” is capable of hosting weddings, corporate events, and business meetings of any size. Customized itineraries are available.
The typical season is April - October. Sage Lodge has a number of packages with varying lengths of stay. Contact us for rates and packages.
