Myself and Frontiers Destination Specialist, Joe Linscott, just returned from Delphi Club on Abaco Island, giving ourselves some firsthand perspective of the island post-Hurricane Dorian. A full report on the island will be available on our Frontiers In the Field blog soon. So keep a lookout!
As a prelude, you should know that the Delphi Club itself, including staff, accommodations, boats, rooms, beach, cuisine, and on and on, is in perfect shape! There is virtually no damage at all.
When the weather cooperated, what we experienced bonefishing fell nothing short of spectacular. In fact, on our last day, we fished a total of about five to six hours, taking a long lunch to ride and explore, and we still managed 29 fish to hand—roughly 15 or so lost to hooks pulled—and five doubles! Literally non-stop action, and the fish size averaged around three pounds! That’s solid anywhere.
This promotion serves as a teaser of sorts to a great deal just offered to Frontiers from the Club. They are trying to fill some last-minute space made available due to some cancellations between January 4 and February 20, 2020. Accommodations and meal packages are discounted 30% off the high-season rate, and you can add as many days of fishing as you please.
Call Frontiers with dates that would fit your schedule, and we’ll be happy to give you a quote. This Delphi Club offer does not include existing bookings. Please contact Frontiers for more details.
