Togiak River Lodge is in Northern Bristol Bay, 350 Miles SW of Anchorage, and 60 miles west of Dillingham. The stylish lodge is a hidden gem nestled on the edge of the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge. The Togiak River Lodge is the only full-service permanent wood lodge on the entire Togiak River system. Their remote location allows the ability to share the best Salmon and trout fishing that Alaska has to offer and amazing accommodations at their remote fishing lodge. Guests will stay in a heated double occupancy wood cabin that with private bath. An elevated porch looks over the river and mountains. The cabins are ideal for couples, and the larger cabins can sleep 4. The main lodge has a dining room, TV and lounge area, drying room for gear, and full kitchen.

Arrive Anchorage the day before your trip for a hotel overnight. The following morning, guests will take a private charter that flies directly from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport to the village of Togiak. The 90-minute charter flight allows guests to arrive to the lodge early, and fish the day of arrival. The lodge is a 15 min. boat run from village. Upon arrival, staff will take guest luggage to their cabins, guests will be fed and on the water for a full day of fishing. On your departure day, Togiak River Lodge guests will arrive back to Anchorage around noon weather permitting.

Roddy first became involved with Frontiers in late 1998, hosting shooting. In 1999, after a spell working in the Bahamas, he started his involvement as a guide on the Ponoi River in Russia. In 2000 Roddy took over as manager of the Ponoi River Company and worked alongside Tarquin until 2005. In 2006, along with two colleagues, he founded the Fly Fisher Group and spent nearly ten years managing and organising trips to the Yokanga River in Russia and other destinations including the Seychelles, Iceland and Africa.
