Blue Bonefish Lodge sits on the southern tip of Ambergris Caye, just four miles from San Pedro, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Belize Barrier Reef. Just minutes by panga, anglers are on the flats targeting Bonefish, Permit, and Tarpon. All guides are English-speaking, skilled fly casters, and expert boat handlers with intimate knowledge of the local waters. The lodge offers the highest level of comfort and amenities to ensure every guest is well cared for, while providing convenient access to prime shallow water flats and an unforgettable Belizean saltwater fly-fishing experience.
The primary targets are Tarpon, Bonefish, and Permit, though anglers can encounter Snook, Barracuda, Jacks, Ladyfish, and a variety of reef species. Fishing is conducted from traditional pangas or by wading the hard sand flats. Migratory Tarpon are generally available from June through September.
The lodge has 6 private staterooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, AC, tile floors, and Belizean mahogany furniture. A new 4-room building offers private balconies with Caribbean views, hardwood floors, king or queen beds, and tasteful décor, combining comfort, style, and a true Belizean experience.
Bring Bonefish rods in 7–8 wt, Permit in 9–10, and Tarpon in 11–12. Use quality disc-drag reels with tropical saltwater floating lines. A detailed gear list will be provided upon confirmation. Frontiers can assist with gear selection, and rentals are often available with advance notice.

There, you will be met by a representative and transferred to the lodge. The auto/cart transfer is included in the package rate; however, the Tropic Air flight is not. Frontiers can assist with all fights. For U.S. citizens, a passport that is valid for 6 months after the last day of your trip is required.
