Martin Pescador Lodge is home to two distinctive lodges—one near Puerto Cardenas and the other near La Junta. They offer 16 rivers and eight lakes in a trout-crammed week in central Chile. Attracted originally to the fishing, Martin Pescador Lodge’s many repeat guests now return both for the love of Chile and the Lodge’s exceptional hospitality. Few lodges worldwide can compete with this fishing and environmental diversity.
Six professional guides will hunt the emerald waters with you that are filled with browns, rainbows, and anadromous quarry. Martin Pescador Lodge offers river and lake fishing from a raft or boat with occasional wade opportunities and high-country Argo adventures to maximize your experience.
Your chef and staff will provide sumptuous meals and make each lodge feel like home. You spend three nights in the Yelcho riverside Lodge near Puerto Cardenas. While you fish on day four, staff transfers your gear and personal belongings to the La Junta Lodge overlooking the Rio Rosselot.
6 wt. rods with fighting butts and floating lines; 7/8 wt. fast-action rods with 250–400 sink tip lines in combination. Coastal Chile requires layered clothing, proven rain gear, and waterproof daypack daily as weather changes often. We provide a full pre-trip upon booking.
You must arrive in Puerto Montt, Chile on Friday night for the weekly package. An overnight at a local hotel is required to ensure your charter flight connections to the lodge the following day. The scheduled round trip commuter flight and all transfers in Puerto Montt & Puerto Varas are included in your rate. Frontiers will arrange all Puerto Varas hotel night which is not included in the package. Martin Pescador Lodge offers the free use of their rods, reels, boots and waders as well as all flies and terminal tackle.

Single Room and Single Guide: $13,675 USD per person
