Chile - Magic Waters – A Backcountry Chilean Fly Fishing Excursion

River of Dreams Two Week Departure, February 23 - March 9, 2019

The Magic Waters Lodge – River of Dreams – program is just that. It is a fantastically remote backcountry excursion on estancias and rivers rarely if ever fished before. Larger driftable water is efficiently accessed via jet-motorized catarafts while miles of remote spring creek and mountain streams are ideal for an all-day walk and wade exploration. Match the hatch, swinging streamers and mousing, you choose the method and put eager healthy browns and rainbows in the net.

Accommodations are in heated insulated backcountry WeatherPort tents situated off the ground on permanent wood frames each with a dry porch overlooking the Blanco River and just a roll cast from one of the major spring creeks. Meals are family style in the main dining tent or around the fire pit. A private heated and spacious shower house round out the camp footprint.

This is an excursion beyond the boundaries of civilization and truly the trip of a lifetime. If this date is not ideal, please inquire about March/April and November/December 2019 windows still available.

Frontiers is offering an exclusive two-week departure February 22 - March 10, 2019, and has just two rods left for the departure. Rods will be sold intact and single anglers will need to buy both due to limited accommodations and guides. There is the possibility to reduce the two-week stay to one week February 23 - March 2 or March 2-9, 2019; please call Frontiers for details.
